It's called Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog and it's from Joss Whedon(creator of stuff like, Buffy, Firefly and the upcoming Dollhouse). It's a perfectly silly superhero musical where the bad guy is our hero and all he wants is the love of the girl from the laundromat, via freezing the world. Neil Patrick Harris stars.
