Welcome to the DC TV Report for the week ending Saturday June 5th, 2021. I'm here to bring you recaps, news and commentary for all live-action television shows based on DC Comics. There was 1 new episode this week. Sweet Tooth season 1 will be covered in a separate post later this week.

Tuesday - 6/1/2021

Superman and Lois - S01E08 "Holding the Wrench" 1) Lois decided to see a psychiatrist after past trauma made her lose her temper. 2) Clark and General Lane interrogated the captured John Henry Irons. 3) Sarah was encouraged to get over her anxiety and audition for a musical. 4) Kyle found out Lana told Morgan Edge not to hire him. Last Minute Reveal: Free to go, Irons deactivated his AI, pulled out of the Kent farm and decided to drive for a while!

Ed’s Winner for the Week: Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) - Lois really got put through the ringer this week. She found out the stranger was married to another version of her in a different dimension, had to relive the trauma of her miscarriage and confirmed suspicions that her Dad is developing weapons that could kill her husband. Through it all she pulled it together, was not afraid to reach out for help and talked down a terrorist. Letting John Henry Irons drive away free may have been a questionable choice, but for now let's call it a big win for everyone's favorite reporter this week. P.S. It was scary how much Lois reminded me of my Mom when she screamed at Jonathan. Just saying... Ah, memories...
